* This position is located in Singapore and candidates must be local to that location, relocation is not provided for this role *

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Reportingt to the Events Director, supportes marketing plans globally that connect to business goals, deliverables and supported by a range of tactics.
  • Partner with and support Events Marketing Director and program leaders to activate highly effective global integrated campaign plans (including but not limited to digital marketing, event announcements, coordinate key messages for paid and owned media, account-based marketing, webinars, events).
  • Drive and execute demand/lead generation campaign programs that span across marketing channels including content, social, digital/media, email
  • Work closely with Marketing Operations, internal stakeholders, content providers and 3rd party vendors to execute and monitor marketing program performance and proactively share provide data, reporting and focus on key results
  • Contributes to content creation or curation needs and drive collaboration of deliverables across various teams, including website, events, social, paid media, communications, operations and more (including videos, infographics, e-books, emails, white papers, booth displays, webinar slides, blogs, social, case studies, webpages, advertising collateral).
  • Work with marketing operations to ensure all tracking requirements are in place for necessary performance reporting and project timelines
  • Partner with audience development to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Supports development of a cadence of reporting, monitor program performance and identify areas for improvement

 

What you will need to be successful:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field, 5 or more years experience in B2B integrated marketing or campaign program management 
  • Industry experience in SaaS, Consulting, B2B marketing, Technology or Healthcare Technology a plus.
  • Basic understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Demonstrated ability to support development and execute integrated campaigns, programs, events
  • A meticulous desire to manage project timelines and deliverables
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, in a matrixed organization, and external partners, with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships a plus
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and tools; ability to bring in new ideas and best practices
  • Interest and willingness to market to a global community and partnering with regional teams to localize campaigns considering cultural nuances.
  • A passion for metrics and data to influence decisions; experience using reporting/dashboard tools, preferably Tableau
  • A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective organizational skills and ability manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Marketing Automation, familiarity with marketing tools such as Marketo; Tableau, Wrike and willingness to learn by doing.
  • Self-starter with high energy, “can do” personality and desire to thrive in a fast-paced growth environment
