As the Client Success Specialist (CSS), you are an important facilitator of our client’s experience life cycle. Owning the overall client satisfaction through exceptional service while promoting renewal and upsell opportunities. You will provide pre-sales support, coordinate program execution, communicate program optimizations and report on activity status while ensuring program goals and objectives are met. You possess strong communication and client service skills, a high understanding of digital health solutions, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Acting in partnership with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing/Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, and Finance to ensure the successful set up of client programs at the pre-sale stage while accurately and timely fulfilling all projects and revenue delivery.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Coordinate the pre-sale capabilities communication process with prospects and clients.
  • Facilitate and grow client relationships by providing an exceptional client experience through regular client program meetings, kick-off and wrap-up calls.
  • Liaises with Sales, Marketing and Finance, and other internal production teams to ensure programs are set-up, executed and delivered on time and in full.
  • Coordinates the delivery of revenue of all programs and including the mobilization of resources to adhere to original revenue schedules.
  • Works within our internal systems to proactively communicate all program and project details with relevant Teams. Follows operational processes around the delivery of projects.
  • Provides clients with necessary deliverables related to all programs.
  • Strong presentation skills to display program metrics in order to share insights on clients/programs and highlight upsell and renewal opportunities.
  • Troubleshoots problems that arise related to accounts, clients and projects. Uses analysis and critical thinking to understand and solve issues related to programs.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience, in Client Relations or Sales field.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of related work experience in fast-paced Client Relations department or Sales Administration role, preferably digital health related. 
  • Must be both process-oriented and flexible. This is a high-paced environment and the ability to think-on-your feet, come up with creative solutions and solve problems as they arise is critical.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; interpersonal and presentation skills. Experience working one-on-one with Sales Representatives preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing needs and requirements.
  • Demonstrated organization astuteness and strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other similar software is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
