Your Challenge:

Position Purpose:
As the Content & Programming Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and strategy of our content across various platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting in-depth research to understand market trends and audience preferences, developing and implementing comprehensive content strategies that align with our organizational goals, and crafting compelling narratives for a diverse range of projects.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports organizational objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth research to inform content strategy and development.
  • Craft engaging, informative content, utilizing strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Translate complex ideas into accessible, compelling content for diverse audiences.
  • Clearly articulate and present content concepts to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure content is effectively communicated and resonates with the target audience.
  • Design and develop content specifically tailored for conferences, symposiums, and roundtable discussions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content is relevant and reflective of current trends.
  • Create and curate content for training workshops, focusing on educational and professional development needs.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to content creation and delivery.

What you will need to be successful:

  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in content creation and strategy, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong relationship building and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent editing and writing skills, with an ability to logically process information.
  • Ability to take projects seriously and produce work quickly, but also curious enough to ask questions.
  • Able to be adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in addressing challenges and embracing new opportunities as they arise.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Experience in event content programming is highly desirable.
