Position Purpose:
As a Client Success Specialist, you are an important facilitator of our client’s experience life cycle. Owning the overall client satisfaction through exceptional service while promoting Analytics products and upsell opportunities. You will provide pre-sales support, coordinate program execution, communicate program optimizations and report on marketing and advertising campaigns while ensuring program goals and objectives are met. You possess strong communication and client service skills, a high understanding of Analytics products and solutions, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Acting in partnership with Sales, HIMSS Strategists, Marketing/Sales Enablement, and Finance to ensure the successful set up of client programs at the pre-sale stage while accurately and timely fulfilling all advertising campaigns and revenue delivery.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Starting with pre-sales support, positively sets up client programs for success leveraging the knowledge of client goals, previous maturity model or DHI experience and an in-depth understanding of our solutions.
  • Cultivate and enhance client relationships by delivering an exceptional client experience, which entails ongoing communication even after HIMSS engagements have been completed.
  • Liaises with Sales, Strategists, Advisors, and other internal production teams to ensure programs are set-up, executed and delivered on time and in full.
  • Establishes ongoing communication with the client to introduce other HIMSS offerings that the client has not previously contracted.
  • Works within Beacon/Atlas (our survey system) to proactively track client progress, client history, Achievement Assessment Reports, and client surveys of all models and the Digital Health Indicator (DHI).
  • Updates Salesforce.com opportunities post sales. Updates program details, adjusts Salesforce Opportunities based program details and changes.
  • Tracks performance, activities, and deliverables through Monday.com
  • Provides clients with necessary deliverables – such as screenshots/proof-of-send and performance reporting – related to all programs.
  • Troubleshoots problems that arise related to accounts, clients and campaigns. Uses analysis and critical thinking to understand and solve issues related to clients use of Analytics services and offerings.
  • Other duties as assigned to achieve HIMSS goals and objectives.

 

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in Client Satisfaction or Client facing rolls.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of related work experience in fast-paced Client Relations department or Sales Administration role.
  • Must be both process-oriented and flexible. This is a high-paced environment and the ability to think-on-your feet, come up with creative solutions and solve problems as they arise is critical.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; interpersonal and presentation skills. Experience working one-on-one with Sales Representatives preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing needs and requirements.
  • Demonstrated organization astuteness and strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
