Primary Accountabilities:
- Engagement level financial accountability, including schedule and revenue recognition responsibility.
- Lead single health system Stage 6 and 7 maturity model re-validations and coordinate the development of associated case studies through the Marketing team.
- Conduct gap assessments (interpretation of generated results and communication of findings to client).
- Deliver client facing education sessions to providers and market suppliers utilizing standard training materials.
- Contribute subject matter expertise for the creation of new training product content.
- Contribute to customer request for information (RFI) models and templates in collaboration with the Product Management team.
- Lead and obtain majority sign off on User Acceptance Testing activities from the Digital Health Advisory community.
- Administer the digital health and maturity model assessment tool.
- Own the creation and maintenance of training materials associated with the use of assessment tools.
- Coordinate and support Office of Scientific Research projects as assigned.
- Contribute to the thought leadership resources including contributions to the market intelligence portfolio, the creation of quarterly case studies highlighting client outcomes, and leading conference events and presentations.
- Lead the Digital Health Advisory Specialist and Associate community, providing mentorship and education to develop team member expertise and growth.
- Interprets internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices, using automated tools and solutions
- Leads components of projects that may be complex in nature or requires coordination across the team or other departments.
