The purpose of this position is to assist the Analytics Provider Sales team with administrative oversight for the pipeline, customer engagements, and delivery of sales and marketing collateral. This position will assist account executives as HIMSS Analytics’ secondary contact for prospects. He or she is responsible for positioning and educating customers regarding all HIMSS analytics products and services in accordance with approved sales policies and programs, and with representing HIMSS Analytics in accordance with its policies, maintaining an awareness of competitive conditions, and reporting them back to management. He or she maintains continuing sales engagements and utilizes HIMSS data systems and CRM to manage related proposals, tasks, notes, and documents.
