Your Challenge: Accelerate is looking for a Senior Content Specialist who thrives on orchestrating the logistics and workflows of content. The Senior Content Specialist will help our growing content team manage several types of workstreams, primarily focusing on the curation, publishing, and reporting for our learning partners. The person in this role must be serious about quality control, while also being success-focused in a front-facing role to learning partners. They will report to the Content Strategy Lead.

 

The things that you will tackle:

  • Lead efforts in planning, distribution, and performance analysis of our learning partners’ content.
  • Build on existing process and create documentation for new partner onboarding, content curation, publishing, and lifecycle.
  • Collect all content assets and ensure all content is uploaded to the CMS accurately and on time.
  • Conduct quality control of learning content/functionality to ensure accuracy of content, linking, and tracking.
  • Research and understand content and education trends and industry news.
  • Use your insights and experience to collaborate on strategies to grow, improve, or evolve our content library, CMS, and process.
  • Partner with business development team to maintain relationships with content partners.
  • Collaborate with business development and user services team to align content needs and deliverables.
  • Co-create a content reporting framework with analytics team to update key leaders, team members and business partners on content performance.

What you will need to be successful:

  • 3+ years of prior experience in content management, content operations or a similar role.
  • Strong operational, project management, and documentation skills.
  • Comfortable with client-facing interaction and providing solution-based POVs.
  • Ability and interest to be strategic and hands-on.
  • Skilled at creative problem solving and adapting to a changing environment with bias towards getting things done
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing or Communications.
  •  Experience with Content Management Systems (Contentful, Drupal, WordPress, etc.) required. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (SAP Litmos, Open edX, Google Classroom, etc.) a plus.
