Your Challenge: This is an opportunity for a dynamic leader to join our marketing operations team in supporting the delivery processes for our integrated marketing solution capabilities.  The successful candidate will support the strategic end to end management of all operational activities associated with delivery and fulfillment of HIMSS marketing products and will be responsible for being a leader and innovator of scalable business processes in all phases of the program life cycle.

The ideal candidate will be process and solutions driven with a genuine enthusiasm for the martech and media industries and will exude a passion for establishing scalable processes in all phases of program implementation and delivery.  The ideal candidate will be a project management guru, possess and display a strong desire to build outstanding cross-functional working relationships while creating an amazing experience for our clients.

 

The things that you will tackle:

  • Business process management
    • Strives for operational excellence by continually identifying standardized best practices in implementation, as well as in the ongoing management of long-term client driven marketing programs.
    • Outlines and articulates considerations in delivery through associated status communication, and by developing clear and concise program implementation documentation for cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Couples a clear understanding of context and business need with an intimate knowledge of HIMSS productized marketing solutions to project manage and drive processes in delivery and fulfillment of large scope digital marketing programs.
    • Supports sales, client success, and product owners in facilitating the efficient delivery of requirements against business need.
  • Aligns all operational efforts through effective communication:
    • Support sales and client services in facilitating the delivery of clarifying technical communication to clients regarding HIMSS productized marketing solutions.
    • Project management programs and campaigns from initiation to completion
    • Leads cross-functional requirement & alignment during implementation with standardized duration & facilitation techniques and highly efficient communication practices.
    • Strong sense of urgency when delivering on client and program expectations and deliverables
    • Helps drive efficiency and understanding how production teams work, what each role is accountable for, and support innovation in optimization of all implementation and operational processes
    • Ensures alignment and understanding of all program launch considerations through communication of implementation status, associated risks to client objectives, and the launch schedule (planned vs actual).
    • Accountability for client and stakeholder overall satisfaction in the implementation and delivery of HIMSS media programs
    • Drives clear and concise proactive communication across multiple formats throughout the program life cycle.
    • Serves as a champion for the program management framework and drives awareness throughout the organization of scalable standardized best practices.

What you will need to be successful:

  • 3-5 years in the martech, e-commerce or digital media space supporting B2B or B2C client engagements in the delivery of digital marketing or sales generating solutions.
  • Highly self-aware with an ability to balance vulnerability and confidence in situations of extreme ambiguity.
  • Must value strong interpersonal skills and possess a desire to build relationships professionally.
  • Strong project management skills and established techniques in overseeing multiple programs at one time.
  • Experience facilitating conversations with diverse cross-functional stakeholders around technical scope and complex marketing automation solutions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity and experience with program/project management software and best practices in the management of stakeholder activities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate professionally with clients and internally with multiple roles at multiple levels
