Your Challenge: We are seeking a creative and organized Digital Marketing Director who will design and implement strategic marketing initiatives for our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be an effective collaborator and motivator who can guide a team of internal and external marketers to success while working closely with the leadership team to drive our collective efforts. Applicants should have extensive expertise in digital marketing and sales enablement and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Digital Marketing Director will track and manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously and delegate responsibilities while rolling up their sleeves as a subject matter expert.

The things that you will tackle:

  • Be responsible for input on growth strategy, execution, budget, and marketing optimization in a hybrid B2B / B2C environment.
  • Provide strategic oversight to establish and sustain digital-first best practices in all aspects of marketing, advertising, brand, social media, events, public relations, and sales enablement. 
  • Drive marketing strategies to improve awareness, share of voice, sales pipeline, and market position.
  • Design, collaborate, and implement workflows and processes for sales enablement, marketing automation, and engagement to yield and convert sales leads
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engagement, and Product teams to incorporate channel partner and customer feedback, optimizing our initiatives and maximizing results.
  • Prepare growth strategy documents, frameworks, playbooks, and guidelines for execution at scale
  • Convert insights into action - see customer acquisition process through from ideation to execution
  • Direct and define marketing analytics approach. Define and validate core KPIs, such as cost per metrics, retention, ROI and LTV to drive the business
  • Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity
  • Support market research (quantitative and qualitative) initiatives to stay ahead of trends as well as get deep understanding of target segments/verticals to drive business priorities.
  • Engage with cross-functional team to define pricing, influence our product roadmap by being the expert on our target audience and competition: know what buyers care about, how they buy and their buying criteria.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise marketing (SMB is also a plus) in various roles of increasing responsibility
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience leading digitally native, results-oriented marketing teams in either media or related fields; Prior experience partnering with teams across departments to accomplish objectives
  • Ability to find innovative ways to connect with target audiences
  • Proven and demonstrated understanding of CRM tools (especially Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, Marketing Cloud).
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing principles such as funnel optimization UX, SEO/SEM, landing page optimization, A/B testing, and deriving customer insights
  • Strong team player: a project manager and leader with the desire to work in a collaborative environment 
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities with ease and composure while continuing to meet established deadlines. 
  • Knowledge of the healthcare & technology sector is a plus
  • Comfortable presenting progress reports to executives on a frequent basis
